  • Can you help if insurance needs to be involved?

  • How deep do you grind stumps?

    Typically, it is between 6 and 8 inches. We can work with the customer. We can do ground level to deep enough to plant a new tree.

  • Can you give me an estimate from a picture?

    No, looking at the tree/stump in person is better. A picture is a good way to know what the job looks like before we arrive, but we cannot give an accurate price until we can see the full job in person.

  • Can you meet after I am off work?

    Yes, we have flexible schedules to fit your schedule.

  • Do you need me on location when doing my job?

    No, please do not take time off from work to be home, just be available by phone. If I have any questions I can call.

  • Do you have to locate it before working?

    Yes, I am required by law to locate the property where the work is being completed. When a job is confirmed I will call in the locate.

  • How long does the locating process take?

    Once a locate is called in it will take, on average, three business days to complete.

  • Can you just take off one limb?

    Absolutely. If our business is capable of handling the job we can help you.

  • Can you help get rid of my junk pile?

    Yes, we can help with your junk pile.

  • Could you help me with my pond?

    Though I am not a pond expert, if you know what you need to be done I can help.

  • Can I keep some of the firewood?
